Klaasen set for European Tour return after sealing European Darts Grand Prix spot

Jelle Klaasen will make his comeback on the European Tour at the end of May. The Cobra qualified for the European Darts Grand Prix (20-22 May) on Friday evening.

Klaasen lost his PDC Tour Card prior to this season. However, the Dutchman can still participate in the PDC Challenge Tour and Euro Tour qualification tournaments for players without a Tour Card. In one of those qualification tournaments he qualified on Friday. In the final round, Klaasen defeated Ryan de Vreede convincingly 5-0 with an average of 104.

In the Host Nation Qualifier, Dragutin Horvat and Lukas Wenig were the two winners.
