Martijn Kleermaker is through to the third round at the PDC World Darts Championship where he will face Chris Dobey after seeing off Xicheng Han who hit four 180's on his debut.
But 'The Dutch Giant' was too strong with an 86 average and a high checkout of 107 as he claimed a straight sets win and will now return to face 'Hollywood'.
Han hit the 250th 180 of the World Championship but missed 117 on double 20 and Kleermaker held throw. He hit double four to break and was throwing for the first set which he pinned on double 20.
A 107 checkout on double 20 and he pinned double eight to go one away from a second set. Han had only his second dart at the double and got one on the board. An 11-dart 81 checkout saw Kleermaker though seal the set.
Han hit a second 180 but Kleermaker hit the front with a hold in set three. Han hit a 54 checkout to level up but ‘The Dutch Giant’ went one away. He missed the bull to win it off 87 but hit double 12 to claim it.
