Leighton Bennett and Henry Coates have qualified as daily winners for the final stage of the UK Q-School on Wednesday. Bennett managed a 5-2 win over Adam Paxton in the final round, while Coates dealt with Scott Campbell (5-4).
In addition, Rhys Griffin, Joe Croft, Lee Cocks, Tom Lonsdale, Scott Taylor and Paul Redfern also managed to take day wins on the final day of the first stage of the UK Q-School.
During the first phase of the Q-School, no PDC Tour Cards are handed out yet. Players are trying to qualify for the final phase, which is scheduled from January 11 to 14. Players who lost their Tour Card after last season and the top eight players from the Challenge Tour and Development Tour in 2023 are directly admitted to the final stage.
Players could qualify for the final stage by reaching the last eight of a day's tournament during the first stage. Also, the top-77 of the UK Q-School Order of Merit may compete in the final stage of the UK Q-School.
