Lewis reaches first European Tour Quarter-Final in three years with Huybrechts rout, Noppert completes comeback Cullen win

The last Quarter-Final is confirmed at the Belgian Darts Open and it will see Adrian Lewis face Danny Noppert in Wieze after 'Jackpot' reached his first final session on the European Tour in three years.

Facing Kim Huybrechts, the Belgian fell to the so called Michael van Gerwen curse when after beating the Green Machine the player loses in the next round and it was a rout for Lewis who sealed a 6-1 win over 'The Hurricane'.

It was a superb display from Lewis who produced high checkouts of 160 and 141 en route with 50% on his doubles and a 93 average and he will now face 'The Freeze' who had to produce a comeback to see off Joe Cullen.

Noppert recovered from 3-0 down to defeat Cullen 6-4 with a 101.6 average defying 102.2 from 'The Rockstar' who will not add to his Euro Tour tally this evening.

Coming back to 3-2, he broke in the eighth leg with a 14-darter before taking the lead and from there, he sealed it 6-4 with a 15-darter to complete the comeback and will now have Lewis in his sights.
