Beau Greaves has already changed the tone of her first season as a PDC Tour Card holder, but her next major target will have to wait. After becoming the first woman ever to win a PDC ranking title, the 22-year-old has revealed that her European Tour push is being delayed by something far more ordinary than form, pressure or the ProTour schedule. She is moving house.

Greaves made history at Players Championship 11 in Milton Keynes, beating former world champion Michael Smith 8-7 in the final after a run that also included wins over Rob Cross and Gary Anderson.
It was the clearest sign yet that her breakthrough on the PDC circuit is no longer theoretical.
“For me to do it so quickly was a shock. I thought I would need more time to settle in,” Greaves admitted. “I had one of them days where doubles were fantastic and everything went right.”

European Tour wait goes on

The timing makes her next absence more striking. Greaves has made no secret of her desire to qualify for the European Tour, but she will miss the upcoming qualifiers because of her move.
“Obviously I would love to qualify for a Euro Tour but the next qualifiers I’ve got I’ll miss because I am moving house!” she said. “Life gets in the way."

“It is one of them things - I want to qualify for stuff but I have got occasions that get in the way. So that is going to have to be a miss. I would love to get on the European Tour.”
For a player who has already won a Tour Card, hit a ProTour nine-darter and claimed a Players Championship title in 2026, the European Tour now feels like one of the few remaining early boxes to tick.

Major ambitions growing after ProTour landmark

Greaves’ position has shifted quickly. Before the season, the question was how she would settle into full PDC Tour Card life. By May, the question is how soon she can turn floor success into regular appearances on bigger stages.

“I would love to qualify for some majors but I know I have a long way to go to do that,” Greaves said. “But I put myself in a position now where if I keep doing well then I might get a few of them earlier than expected. That would obviously be nice.”
That is the real weight of her Players Championship 11 win. It did not just make history. It moved Greaves into a different conversation altogether.
The European Tour debut may have to wait for now, but the wider direction is clear. Greaves has already shown she can beat elite names across a full ProTour day. The next question is how quickly those results begin opening doors on the stages she has not yet reached.
