Beau Greaves has suggested for a women's Premier League Darts to be competed alongside the men's to make the competition more engaging and bring in more fans to prevent the boring and stale narrative it currently possesses.

'Beau 'n' Arrow' admitted that may not be the most realistic thing at the moment but it could throw some life into the format. This year's event is starting to reach its climax. Luke Littler and Jonny Clayton will be joined at the O2 by Gerwyn Price and Luke Humphries after the former world champions booked their sport in finals night last week.
With just two weeks left of the 2026 Premier League Darts, there have been more debate in how to make it more engaging with fans. Greaves offered a suggestion which would see her lead a group of other women darters onto the stage competing in tangent with the men.
“It’s probably a bit of a stretch but I would have a female Premier League as well alongside the men," she told talkSPORT. “I know people probably don’t want to see the ladies play, I get it. But it also adds something to them sort of nights."
She acknowledged that it can get a bit 'repetitive' and that something like this would spice it up and give more people a reason to follow. “The Premier League is great but I see a lot of people say it is a bit boring or it is a bit flat. It is repetitive. I think if you throw something else in the mix it might, not even necessarily the ladies, just other tours or something, just to shake it up and make it interesting.”

Greaves would obviously be the favourite to lift the title at the end. The likes of Fallon Sherrock and Lisa Ashton would be worthy competitors but there is no one currently getting close to the level of Greaves in the women's game.
She has dominated the women's scene for a stretch of time now, winning a ginormous 55 PDC Women’s Series titles while making history on the ProTour by becoming the first woman darter to win a PDC ranking title, defeating former world champion Michael Smith in a last-leg decider in the final of Players Championship 11.
She explained how she got into the sport. “My grandad plays and so on. Obviously, my dad played and my uncle played. Then Taylor played, my brother, and then I started playing.
“Then when I started playing he said to my dad, ‘Oh, she is quite good,’ and he didn’t believe him. The board was upstairs and it took him ages to come upstairs for him to be like, ‘The way I throw is a very natural throw for a girl.’”
Greaves was still confused to why her father was so surprised in the first place. “I don’t know, it is just not common I suppose," she said. "I have never actually asked him to be honest. I probably should ask him. That is just the story that is about. My dad found out and he weren’t bothered until I was good so I have got a bone to pick with him now.”
