Lithuania replaces Switzerland at World Cup of Darts; China and USA also confirm their teams

Lithuania have replaced Switzerland in the latest World Cup announcement it has been revealed with 'Lucky D' Darius Labanauskas set to be part of the team that will be playing in Hamburg next month.

Mindaugas Barauskas will join him as part of the team; with him previously making a final of a Nordic and Baltic tour event in March and playing in the same European Qualifying School where Labanauskas claimed his Tour Card.
China and USA have also confirmed their teams; with Xiaochen Zong and Qingyu Zhan forming the Chinese pairing. Zong has previously competed in various PDC events including last year's World Cup, World Championship and World Series. Zhan notably played in the World Youth Championship in 2017 losing out to Dimitri van den Bergh.
Darin Young and Chuck Puleo will be the American pair with Young set to continue his ever present run in the tournament after another good weekend on the CDC tour. Puleo is one of the standouts of the CDC tour and played at the recent World Championship; he will make his debut at the World Cup.
Last year the Netherlands claimed victory for a fourth time in the tournament. The PDC recently announced the participating countries for the tournament and the final players will be confirmed shortly.
