Littler continues to impress with Rodriguez win as Veenstra continues form with 104 average, moves into Round Three at UK Open

Round Three is starting with Luke Littler one win away from being in the draw tonight and impressive wins for Dutch duo Richard Veenstra and Gian van Veen at the UK Open.
Littler faced off against Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in a potential tie of the future and it was the 16-year-old that took the spoils with a 96.7 average and four 180's.
While on the outer boards, Van Veen who started his day on Stage Two found his way past Scott Waites with a 100.67 average, Richard Veenstra though holds the highest average of the day with 104.02 against Jamie Clark. A player in some serious form who could do some damage.
Also through to the final round this afternoon are the likes of Ross Montgomery who will play Simon Whitlock, Jurjen van der Velde, Graham Usher, Jeffrey de Zwaan, Darren Webster, Cameron Menzies.
As well as from the Main Stage, Danny Jansen who edged past Bradley Brooks 6-4 and Connor Scutt who took out 117 to see off Jimmy Hendriks 6-3. Both now move into Round Three. While on Stage Two joining Littler prior was Kevin Doets who saw off Jules van Dongen.
