The opening day of the Final Stage at 2024 PDC European Q-School is here and you can follow it all on our Live Blog with the first Tour Card up for grabs today.
29 Tour Cards overall will be on offer over the two venues to join the elite PDC Tour for the next two years. There will be more Tour Cards on offer at European Q-School than UK with 12 in all compared to nine in the UK.
The daily winners in Europe and also the UK seal a Tour Card outright so will not have to rely on the Order of Merit to do so. Those through automatically to the Final Stage include Jeffrey de Zwaan, Adam Gawlas, Rowby-John Rodriguez, Boris Krcmar as well as those from Affiliate Tours such as Kayden Milne who accepted his invite.
Joining them include the likes of Michael Unterbuchner, Max Hopp, Brian Raman and Kai Gotthardt who will in fact play for their spot.
The opening outright Tour Card holder of the week in Kalkar is set as Viktor Tingstrom will make the step up for the first time.
He hit a trio of ton plus averages during the opening stanza of Q-School defeating Jimmy van Schie in the final.
We will be back same time tomorrow for another day of action!
