Luke Humphries and
Emma Paton were crowned Hyde Park Darts champions on Wednesday night after beating
Nathan Aspinall and Behzinga in the final of the PDC’s Pro-Am event in London.
Humphries teamed up with the Sky Sports presenter as darts returned to the Great Oak Stage at BST Hyde Park, with professional stars joined by celebrity partners in one of the sport’s more unusual summer showcases.
Paton hits tops before Humphries seals victory
The final was played over a best-of-three format, with Paton producing one of the standout moments of the contest by pinning tops to win a leg for her partnership with Humphries.
From there, Humphries finished the job. The former world champion sealed victory with a 57 checkout, crowning himself and Paton as the 2026 Hyde Park Darts champions.
For Paton, a familiar face to darts fans through Sky Sports’ coverage of the biggest PDC events, it was a memorable switch from presenter to player in front of a festival crowd. For Humphries, it was a lighter but still eye-catching success in one of the more unusual darts settings on the calendar.
Swash returned as defending champion
The Hyde Park event once again brought together a mix of PDC professionals and well-known names from outside the sport. Alongside Humphries and Aspinall, the professional line-up also included
Fallon Sherrock and
Stephen Bunting, while the celebrity names included Paton, Behzinga, AJ Odudu and Joe Swash.
Swash had arrived as one of the defending Pro-Am champions after winning the 2025 edition alongside Sherrock, but there was to be no repeat this time around.
Instead, the night belonged to Humphries and Paton, with their final victory over Aspinall and Behzinga giving the event a fresh winning partnership in its second year. With darts placed on a major London festival stage, the 2026 edition again gave the sport a very different backdrop, and ended with Humphries and Paton lifting the title.
