Lynskey claims maiden PDC title at Challenge Tour 14 defeating Evans

The second Challenge Tour event of the day and the 14th overall is complete with Patrick Lynskey claiming a maiden PDC title at Aldersley Leisure Village in Wolverhampton.

Lynskey will be pleased after being denied in the first event of the season where he lost out to Shaun Carroll but has finally won one after seeing off previous winner David Evans.

He saw off Darren Place, Darren Davies, Wesley Plaisier, John Bowles, Craig Quinn and Dennis Nilsson en route before seeing off Evans in a 5-2 victory.

This also arrests some poor form at times for Lynskey since missing out in that first event. He joins Cameron Menzies in winning so far this weekend.
