PDC Challenge Tour 14 Update: Rydz, Nijman and nine-dart hero Koltsov among players into Last 16

The second Challenge Tour event of the day and the 14th overall is into the Last 16 with the likes of Callan Rydz, Wessel Nijman and nine-dart hero Boris Koltsov into the latter stages.

Rydz got to this point continuing his good year so far by seeing off Derek Coulson, Darren Johnson and Jarred Cole en route.

Nijman who reached the final and will be hoping this time around to claim the title is also still involved. He claimed revenge on Cameron Menzies in the first round and followed that up with wins over Shaun Carroll, Jesus Noguera and Paul Dawkins.

Koltsov hit a nine-dart finish en route to his victory over Andrew Gilding after also seeing off Eddie Lovely, Lee Evans and Thomas Lovely.
