Matt Campbell, Jeffrey de Zwaan, Rhys Griffin & Dylan Slevin secure Ally Pally qualification at last-chance World Darts Championship qualifier

The last chance qualifying tournament for the 2025 PDC World Darts Championships has concluded this afternoon, with the four lucky winners confirmed to be Matt Campbell, Jeffrey de Zwaan, Rhys Griffin & Dylan Slevin.

For De Zwaan, he becomes the 16th Dutchman to qualify for the World Darts Championship. De Zwaan has appeared at the World Darts Championship four times in the past, but the last time was at the 2021 edition. Partly due to a shoulder injury, De Zwaan slipped down the world rankings. Over the past year, however, he is starting to get more and more on level. In the first round, De Zwaan won from Ronny Huybrechts (6-4) in a very difficult match. After that, however, the Dutchman was unleashed, defeating Jurjen van der Velde (6-2), Boris Krcmar (6-2) and Paul Krohne (7-4) to qualify.  

In addition to De Zwaan, Dylan Slevin secured a spot at Ally Pally, with the Irish youngster defeating Martijn Dragt in the final round. Matt Campbell kept darts veteran Mervyn King from World Cup participation, while Rhys Griffin claimed the other World Championship ticket by beating Adam Hunt 7-2.
