Michael van Gerwen loses exhibition to Jonny Clayton in Swansea

With Players Championship tournaments now taking place during the week, players have more room to play exhibitions. On Friday, a number of top players were present in Swansea to show off their skills to the public.

Among others, Michael van Gerwen and Jonny Clayton were involved in the Welsh city. They played a match that was won 6-2 by Clayton. 'The Ferret' managed to throw a fine average of 103.61 in the process.

Richie Burnett got to take on world champion Luke Humphries in front of his Welsh audience. 'Cool Hand Luke' managed to win this showdown convincingly 6-1 thanks to an average of 104.45, which was almost thirty points higher than Burnett's average.
