The biggest names in darts will descend on London next summer for a landmark event at one of the capital’s most iconic venues. World No.1
Luke Humphries, reigning world champion
Luke Littler, three-time world champion
Michael van Gerwen, and former Women's World Matchplay champion Fallon Sherrock headline the inaugural BST Hyde Park Darts Championship.
The event will take place on Tuesday, July 8, as part of the BST Open House summer festival, with the four elite players battling it out in a knockout tournament on the legendary Great Oak Stage in Hyde Park.
Adding to the spectacle, a special Pro-Am doubles tournament will see the sport’s stars team up with high-profile British celebrities, including pop star Olly Murs, radio presenter Roman Kemp, and ex-footballer Dion Dublin.
PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter hailed the event as a thrilling fusion of sport and entertainment.
“We’re really looking forward to putting on a world class darts show as part of this year’s BST Hyde Park Open House Festival,” said PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter.
“It is an iconic part of British Summer Time and darts is an iconic part of British culture, so to bring the two together is a really exciting concept and we can’t wait for what will be a fun, entertaining evening.”
Tickets for the BST Hyde Park Darts Championship are available from Friday, May 2 at 10:00 a.m. British time.
