The action in Group Three of the Icons of Darts League is about to reach it's conclusion with Arron Monk, Jarred Cole and Jason Askew all still in the reckoning going into the final two games.

All three after their respective victories are currently on two wins and one defeat with Cole and Monk the biggest game left with the duo sat first and second.

Despite Askew forcing himself back into proceedings, his 5-0 defeat to Cole to start the day could mean that he just loses out on a second group win even if he overcomes Robert Collins.

For Askew he saw off one of the other main challengers in Andy Jenkins with a 98.7 average in a 5-3 victory to make it four points from three matches and throw himself back into the reckoning.

Cole and Monk also performed well though taking victories over Robert Collins 5-3 for the former who hit three 180's; for the latter it was a 5-2 win over Andy Jenkins with a 95.5 average and 5/6 on the doubles as he ends to cap off his 30th birthday with his first group win after coming so close in the past two days.

The Icons of Darts League is a competition that runs on 24 different days from Monday April 6 through to Saturday May 2. Each playing week consists of six players. There are five players on each matchday with one player taking a rest.

Each day consists of four matches for each player with the player with the most wins claiming the group win for that day.
