The second round continues at the 2022
Austrian Darts Open with mixed results for the seeded players so far in Graz.
For James Wade, he has continued his exceptional form as of late as he backed up his Premier League Darts weekly win in Dublin by opening his account against Brett Claydon.
He secured a 6-3 win averaging 101.8 in the process alongside five 180's along the way as he looks to add a return to the winners' circle on the
European Tour.
While the 'Mullet of the Moment',
Danny Jansen continues to impress and has dumped out the last European Tour winner, Luke Humphries in some style.
Jansen who recently sealed a maiden ProTour title saw off Humphries 6-2 averaging 95 with two ton plus checkouts including a 127 and 50% on his doubles as he stunned 'Cool Hand Luke'.
The Graz crowd were then stunned as home favourite, Rowby-John Rodriguez was dumped out by
Dirk van Duijvenbode notching another in the seed column.
Van Duijvenbode produced a 6-4 win over 'Little John' with a high checkout of 136 and 55% on the doubles as only Zoran Lerchbacher remains anchoring home hopes tomorrow.
