The first two matches at the Gibraltar Darts Trophy are complete with Wessel Nijman and Krzysztof Kciuk making it through to the second round of proceedings.

Nijman edged past Darren Webster but had to survive a comeback in doing so from 'The Demolition Man' who showed his ever present tenacity to come from 5-1 down to force a decider.
The Dutch youngster though held his nerve to move through in his second appearance of the year on the European Tour.
Kciuk on the other hand avenged some bad luck in the past on the European Tour by seeing off Kirk Shepherd 6-3.
The highlight of which from 'The Thumb' was a 160 checkout en route as he sets up a second round clash with Rob Cross in Gibraltar.
