Danny Noppert will face Michael van Gerwen this evening at the Dutch Darts Masters as he looks to topple the Green Machine once again after holding notable wins over his compatriot in recent months.
Despite Van Gerwen just returning earlier than expected after surgery on his throwing arm, Noppert isn't taking the Dutch No.1 for granted and believes he will be in for a tough tie despite believing ultimately in his own ability.

"Playing Michael is going to be a really tough challenge, but I'm playing well and I believe in my own ability," said Noppert.
"I know what Michael can do, but he knows what I am capable of, so it should be a brilliant game.
"Winning the UK Open has given me so much belief, and I am hungry for more titles now.
"I made the final in Zwolle a few weeks ago, so hopefully I can go one step further this weekend."
