Richard North and Steve West are the next players through to the second round at the International Darts Open in Riesa.
North reeled off four consecutive legs in his victory over Boris Koltsov coming from 5-2 down including three ton plus checkouts with a high checkout of 141 to win 6-5. He hit 54 percent on the doubles in all.
West on the other hand wrapped up a 6-3 victory over Daniel Larsson with a 94 average and three 180's to also reach the second round. Despite that though he missed ten match darts en route dragging himself just over line. Next up for him is Jamie Hughes who is seeded this weekend.
