PDC Challenge Tour 13 Update: Waites, Harris and Menzies all through to Last 16

The latest round of Challenge Tour action takes place this weekend with four events coming from Aldersley Leisure Village in Wolverhampton, the home of the Grand Slam of Darts.

Two £10,000 events will be hosted today with PDPA Associate Members competing for £2,000 each time and some big names are left in the 13th tournament of the season on the secondary tour as it reaches the Last 16 stage.

These include Scott Waites who has seen off Tom Lonsdale, Daniel Cox and Richie Corner in reaching this stage in what is his first Challenge Tour appearance since May.

Cody Harris is a man in form and before he heads out back to New Zealand to compete in the World Series he is involved this weekend and he saw off Matt Padgett, Paul Redfern, Boris Koltsov and Mark Frost in a tough run through.

Also still involved include the likes of Rowby-John Rodriguez, Cameron Menzies, Colin Osborne and Wessel Nijman as the first event of the day reaches the business end.
