Eight PDC stars and eight local representatives compete against each other; during tournaments in the aforementioned Brisbane, Melbourne and Hamilton. The latter in particular is making it's debut on the World Series this time around.
Michael van Gerwen, Rob Cross, Gary Anderson, Daryl Gurney; as well as Peter Wright, James Wade, Simon Whitlock and Raymond van Barneveld are the eight main PDC representatives. They will be joined by Kyle Anderson and Corey Cadby.
Damon Heta and Haupai Puha; who are seen as two of the best on the DPA and DPNZ circuit are also involved in all three World Series events. In Brisbane (9-10 August); the field of participants will be completed by James Bailey, Ben Robb, Koha Kokiri and Brendon McCausland.
A week later (August 16-17) when they head to Melbourne; James Bailey, Robbie King, Tim Pusey and Mick Lacey are the other four Oceanic representatives. Cody Harris, Craig Caldwell, Ben Robb and David Platt are the last four participants in the final tournament in Hamilton.
