The Brisbane Darts Masters is set to take place this weekend in the first of a triple header of World Series action in Australia and New Zealand. The prize fund has been revealed for this tournament with £60,000 up for grabs.
The winner of the Brisbane Darts Masters claims £20,o00 in prize money. Second place will get £10,000, followed by £5,000 for losing semi-finalists.
This goes all the way down to the starting amount which is £1,250 for the losers from the first round. The quarter-finalists take home £2,500 as the World Series continues.
Last year saw Rob Cross claim the title in a brilliant 11-6 win over Michael van Gerwen. Both players are among the stand-out names once again in the field this year.
