The Brisbane Darts Masters is set to take place this weekend in the first of a triple header of World Series action in Australia and New Zealand. The prize fund has been revealed for this tournament with ÂŁ60,000 up for grabs.
The winner of the Brisbane Darts Masters claims ÂŁ20,o00 in prize money. Second place will get ÂŁ10,000, followed by ÂŁ5,000 for losing semi-finalists.
This goes all the way down to the starting amount which is ÂŁ1,250 for the losers from the first round. The quarter-finalists take home ÂŁ2,500 as the
World Series continues.
Last year saw Rob Cross claim the title in a brilliant
11-6 win over Michael van Gerwen. Both players are among the stand-out names once again in the
field this year.
