Peter Wright impresses before Dimitri Van den Bergh breaks German hearts with deciding leg victory over Gabriel Clemens at German Darts Grand Prix

The lineup for the second round of the 2024 German Darts Grand Prix in Munich is complete with Peter Wright and Dimitri Van den Bergh taking the final two spots on offer this Saturday night.

Peter Wright showed some of his most impressive form of the season so far in progressing into the second round. The Scot confidently defeated Jose de Sousa 6-3 thanks to an average of 103.94.

Finally though, in the last match of the night, Dimitri Van den Bergh overcame Gabriel Clemens and the German crowd 6-5. Averaging over a ton for the entire match, van den Bergh was made to scrap by Clemens but eventually the Belgian's quality told in a last leg decider, after Clemens had missed a match dart.
