Premier League Darts has gained a new leader after the tenth round of play. 17-year-old
Luke Littler is the new forerunner after winning his second consecutive weekly title on Thursday.
The teenage sensation won 6-3 over Michael van Gerwen in his first match before being too strong for Nathan Aspinall 6-4. In the final, Littler triumphed 6-3 against former world champion Gerwyn Price.
Littler is on 23 points after ten rounds of play, which is one more than Luke Humphries. 'Cool Hand Luke' lost to Michael Smith in his first match on Thursday night in Manchester.
Aspinall is the new number three with 18 points after his semifinal finish, while Van Gerwen remained stuck on 17 points. Meanwhile, Smith is breathing down Van Gerwen's neck with five points.
Rob Cross is number six in the rankings with 11 points. Gerwyn Price did good business in Manchester by reaching the final, bringing his total to ten points. Peter Wright remains last with only four points.
