Gerwyn Price has confirmed his Premier League survival with a stunning whitewash win over Challenger Jermaine Wattimena to put it all up to the final two games of the night on Judgement Night.
Price only needed one leg to confirm his Premier League survival but set about putting out a benchmark performance.
This included a 102 average and a high checkout of 164 from 'The Iceman'. This came to make it 3-0 and two 14-darters on the way made sure of at least a point and he sealed it with a 96 checkout.
He subjected Wattimena who only averaged 81 to only one dart at double all match while he finished with 6/11 overall.
Next up is Daryl Gurney who will know what his survival is complete if he can defeat Peter Wright as he is currently one point ahead of Rob Cross; who finishes the night against league leader Glen Durrant.
