From 25 to 27 February the International Darts Open is scheduled. During this Euro Tour tournament, £140,000 in prize money will be distributed.
All the qualifiers are guaranteed £1,000, while the top 16 players of the International Darts Open seeded list will receive £2,000 anyway.
However, these sixteen players will have to win their first match in the second round for the prize money to actually count towards the Order of Merit.
Qualifying players who win their first match will also go on to receive £2,000 in prize money. The third round is good for £3,000, while quarter-finalists go home with £5,000 anyway. The semi-finalists will get at least £6,500, before the rewards go into the five figures for reaching the final.
The winner of the first European Tour tournament of the season will go home with £25,000. The runner-up at the International Darts Open will receive £10,000.
