Prize Money breakdown for the 2020 UK Open Darts with £450,000 on offer

The Prize Money Breakdown has been released for the 2020 UK Open which begins on Friday at Butlins in Minehead.
The prize money breakdown will stay the same for the UK Open comprising of £450,000. The winner of the title will claim £100,000 with the runner-up getting just under half of that at £40,000. £20,000 will go to the semi-finalists and £12,500 to the Quarter-Finalists.
From there the Prize Fund Breakdown goes down in small implements to the third round with £1,000 for reaching that point. The players who start in the first and second round, need to win one or two matches to be eligible for some cash prizes.

I was there when he (luckily) won the 96 World Championship, I expected him to win and perfom better in the PDC than he did as he moved over so early when he still had good form. - I agree. With the number of tournaments these days?, Phil could probably earn £2 million a year if still playing. I can't believe Chisnall has earned over half a million for being so inept, he barely gets past the first round, stealing a living. That's outrageous.richieburnettrocks26-11-2024
- As prize money increases each year and there are now more tournaments then logically breaking the £2 million barrier is going to happen, only thing preventing it is the now deeper strength in depth of the darting field. If you took Taylor’s best two consecutive years and substituted the prize money from now onto the tournaments he won he would have passed the £2 million.Mysstree26-11-2024
