In 2022, no less than twenty tournaments will be played in the PDC Women's Series. Each tournament has a prize pool of £5,000, bringing the total to £100,000.
The top eight players after twelve of the twenty tournaments are qualified for the Women's World Matchplay in July. In addition, at the end of the season two more spots can be earned for the Grand Slam of Darts and the PDC World Darts Championship.
From reaching the last 32 in one of the Women's Series tournaments, the players are in the money, with fifty pounds for reaching this round.
That amount is doubled for reaching the last sixteen. A quarter-final place is good for two hundred pounds, while the losers of the semi-final win four hundred pounds in prize money. A second place is good for six hundred pounds, while the winner receives one thousand pounds for the ranking.
