The numbers one and two in the 2025 Premier League Darts table face off this Thursday night in the opening match of Night Six. Luke Humphries and Luke Littler reignite their rivalry in Nottingham, where they are both looking to continue their strong form.
Humphries and Littler have combined to win four of the first five nights of play in this year's edition of the Premier League Darts. Humphries currently leads the league table by two points ahead of reigning world champion Littler. Still, Littler seems to be coming to the Motorpoint Arena with a huge dose of confidence after an impressive run of performances in recent weeks.

The only 18-year-old Littler is in absolute top form. After his triumph at the recent UK Open, he also managed to win the fifth Premier League Darts night in Brighton. Last Sunday, he added another title by successfully defending his Belgian Darts Open title in Wieze.
His incredible win streak of 19 consecutive victories finally came to an end on the Pro Tour last Tuesday. Nevertheless, Littler once again showed what phenomenal talent he possesses. He posted an insane average of 122.93 against Damon Heta and even threw a nine darter earlier that day. “I’ve always been confident in my own ability,” assesses Littler to the PDC. “The way my darts are going at the minute, it’s probably the best I’ve ever played on a consistent basis. That is why I can find those extra gears and dig myself out of trouble when I need to.
“I said at the start of the year if I don't win anything all year, I'm still a World Champion," adds the 18-year-old sensation. "And I’m just enjoying my darts at the minute.”
Littler can attack for the lead in Premier League Darts on Thursday night. A win over Humphries will put him level with his great rival in points. On the contrary, in the event of a win for "Cool Hand Luke," Humphries creates a huge gap of seven points over his closest pursuer.
