Nathan Rafferty has sealed the first PDC UK
Development Tour title of the final day defeating Ted Evetts at the Barnsley Metrodome and now sits top of the Order of Merit going into the final event.
Dom Taylor started the weekend far and away the top player on the Order of Merit but hasn't made in roads this weekend and Rafferty has now surged past Bradley Brooks into £6,450 compared to £5,900 with only a run to the final set to displace Rafferty from Brooks.
Or in the case of any player from Liam Meek, Reece Colley, Ted Evetts or Keelan Kay, a win would do it so there are a lot of stories to watch going into that final tournament.
The Development Tour ranking is based on the prize money earned. At the end of the season, the winners of both rankings (European and UK Development Tour) receive an invitation to the upcoming Grand Slam of Darts, the World Darts Championship and a Tour Card for 2022 and 2023.
