Results Day 1 2020 PDC UK Q-School, Third Round: Ashton, Hamilton and Heta move through, Pilgrim ends Sherrock's run

We are into the Last 32 at the PDC UK Q-School with Lisa Ashton, Andy Hamilton and Damon Heta all still involved in Wigan.

Ashton averaged 87 in a 5-3 win over former Tour Card holder Gary Eastwood as she aims to do what she came so close to doing last year at Q-School and that was claim a place on the PDC Tour.

Hamilton is also through after edging past Alan Norris as both players aim to return to the PDC Tour this weekend. While Heta eased past Kevin Burness in a 5-1 win as he averaged 99 en route to claiming victory as his run continues.

One run that has not continued though is Fallon Sherrock who had her chances against former UK Open qualifier Darryl Pilgrim but she couldn't win in a last leg decider but despite that it is some good points on the board for the Milton Keynes ace.

Other players through include Adam Hunt who ended the run of 'Silverback' Tony O'Shea, David Evans who defeated the impressive Justin Hood and Darren 'Ice Cold' Beveridge who always gets so close at Q-School and he defeated the 107 average merchant Kai Fan Leung who couldn't reproduce the heroics of the two games prior.
