Results Players Championship 1, Last 32: Dolan dumps out Van Gerwen, Anderson edges past Price

That is Michael van Gerwen. He faced off against Brendan Dolan who has been known as a bogey player for Mighty Mike of sorts in the past and it has happened again.

'The History Maker' averaged 101 as he edged past him in a 6-4 victory to make it through to the Last 16. Peter Wright is successfully through defeating John Henderson with a steady 95 average.

Gary Anderson had one of the best performances of the round in edging past Gerwyn Price with a 104.4 average as he seems to be finding some of his best form again.

There were also victories for the likes of Steve Brown who continues to move through last leg deciders on his return to the PDC Tour, Mickey Mansell who is seemingly having another one of those days and Nick Kenny who is having an impressive start to life in the PDC.
