Derk Telnekes has reached back to back Quarter-Finals now on the Players Championship series, albeit in this case pouncing on an out of sorts Gavin Carlin.

Telnekes averaged 90.0 in a 6-2 win over the Irishman who's average plummeted to 75.5 and he will now face Luke Woodhouse.

'Woody' has finally had some fortune on the tour go his way as he edged past Glen Durrant 6-5 with a 94 average to book his place.

James Wade similarly has played exceptionally today but had to only edge past Josh Payne 6-5, he will take on Keegan Brown who came through against Justin Pipe 6-2.
