Rob Cross joins Luke Littler in Aberdeen final after last leg win over Luke Humphries

Rob Cross is the second player to secure a spot in the final on Night 14 of the Premier League Darts in Aberdeen. Later on Thursday night, Luke Littler awaits with the weekly title at stake.

Luke Humphries played only his first match of the evening against Rob Cross, having been given a bye in the quarterfinals because Gerwyn Price had withdrawn from the tournament with an injury. Cross had won 6-5 over Michael van Gerwen earlier in the evening.

It is his second weekly final in a row for Cross, after losing to Littler in last week's final. So in the Scottish city of Aberdeen, the former world champion will get a chance for revenge against the teenage English sensation.

Cross managed to break Humphries twice early in the match and eventually took a 5-3 lead. Humphries came back to 5-5 to start the last leg, but 'Cool Hand Luke' missed a matchdart on double 16. Cross punished that miss mercilessly with a 72 finish for the win.
