Josh Rock got off to an excellent start at the European Darts Grand Prix. The 22-year-old Northern Irishman defeated Keegan Brown 6-0 in his opening match.
Rock will take on Dutchman Gian van Veen in the last sixteen. 'Rocky' has been performing particularly well this season, reaching at least the last sixteen in seven of the eight tournaments he has played on the European Tour this year.
He achieved his best performance at this year's Austrian Darts Open, where he made the final and eventually lost 8-6 to Jonny Clayton.
