Rock averages 105 in superb Anderson win, set to face Van Gerwen in Last 16 of Players Championship 12

The Last 16 is here at the Players Championship 12 in Leicester with some top ties set up including Josh Rock - Michael van Gerwen in another round of their recent rivalry.

Rock averaged 105 as he surged past Gary Anderson 6-5, who himself averaged 104 in defeat. Gerwyn Price also impressed with a 105 average seeing off James Wade 6-1. Joe Cullen awaits.

There was also drama as well as Scott Williams survived match darts as he hit back to back 180's to see off Luke Humphries 6-5. He now faces Boris Krcmar.

Dave Chisnall - Dimitri van den Bergh and Rob Cross - Chris Dobey are also among the ties in the latter stages.
