The latest Quarter-Final is set at the 2022
European Darts Open with
Josh Rock set to face
Dimitri van den Bergh on Sunday evening in Leverkusen.
Rock dominated against Scott Williams who previously saw off Peter Wright and had continued his brilliance from the Challenge Tour and ProTour.
But fell to the rising Northern Irishman who has come from nowhere to seal his Tour Card and then acclimatise to the tour so quickly.
This was in evidence again when facing Williams as he produced a 96.4 average in sealing a dominant 6-2 win with a highest checkout en route of 124 with three 180's.
From one superb display to another, his next opponent is Van den Bergh who ended home hopes for Martin Schindler.
He sealed a 6-4 win averaging 105.3 in the process with three 180's and 40% on the doubles.
Albeit he did survive a spirited comeback from 'The Wall' who put up some resistance coming from 4-1 down to finally fall at 6-4 with an 82 checkout sealing the deal.
