Rodriguez, Veenstra and Vandenbogaerde move into Last 16 at third PDC European Challenge Tour event

The third event on the PDC European Challenge Tour is heading towards its conclusion with many big names still involved in Niedernhausen.

These include Rowby-John Rodriguez who will face off with Dutch prospect, Damian Mol. For Richard Veenstra, he is also through with Moreno Blom awaiting.

Mario Vandenbogaerde rounds off a stacked quarter with a tie with Luc Peters at the bottom of the draw.

Also through include the likes of Toni Alcinas, Lorenzo Pronk, Chris Landman and Jerry Hendriks with a very large Dutch contingent still involved in Germany.

Due to travel restrictions still in place due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Challenge Tour has been split this year into a separate circuit for both British and European players.

The winners of both tours will be eligible to participate in the upcoming World Darts Championship and will receive a PDC Tour Card for 2022 and 2023.

The highest-ranking players on the PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit qualify for the reserve spots at the Players Championship tournaments.
