The Quarter-Finals are here at the 2022 Masters with the complexion of the final session of action in Milton Keynes set to be confirmed after Sunday afternoon.
Starting proceedings off is a St Helens derby between Dave Chisnall and Michael Smith.
Chisnall again impressed against James Wade in a 10-4 win with a 100 average as he showed that his practice has truly paid off after testing positive for COVID-19.
While prior to that, Smith had set the benchmark with a 105 average edging past Krzysztof Ratajski 10-6. If both are at their best, it could be incredible.
The same could be said for another battle between Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton. Seeing off Ryan Searle and Dimitri van den Bergh respectively. World Cup teammates and for many two of the best players in the world will collide once again with a spot in the semi-finals on the line.
Following that are two players who have took their chance this weekend. Simon Whitlock who saw off recent World Champion, Peter Wright will face off against Jose de Sousa.
Before another battle between Michael van Gerwen and Joe Cullen which always delivers and based off Cullen's performance on Saturday, Van Gerwen will have to bring a better display than he did against Luke Humphries where he only just edged through.
