Eight players remain in the running at the
World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam with some mouthwatering clashes on Sunday afternoon to set up the final session of action at the AFAS Live.
Starting proceedings off is Gerwyn Price facing Joe Cullen. Both coming through closely fought ties in the Last 16 with 'The Iceman' coming from 5-4 down to see off Matt Campbell, while 'The Rockstar' came from 5-2 down and survived eight match darts to defeat Dave Chisnall.
Ryan Joyce was 'Relentless' as he saw off an out-of-sorts Dimitri van den Bergh but will now face Dirk van Duijvenbode, one of two Dutch players that the home crowd will pin their hopes on.
The second will play in the last game of the session as Michael van Gerwen will again face a player who is on the list of those who have had his number in recent years in Jonny Clayton who averaged 104.4 in seeing off Danny Noppert but can he add another Dutch scalp to his collection?
While Michael Smith is just before facing James Wade with 'Bully Boy' in particular impressing seeing off Peter Wright with a 107.4 average, could this weekend spell a maiden major? The action begins at 12pm BST.
