Schedule and preview Sunday evening session 2021 Grand Slam of Darts including Van Gerwen-Cullen and Smith-Anderson

The second lot of group matches are set to take place at the 2021 Grand Slam of Darts in Groups E-F-G-H with two top ties in particular set to warm the palette tonight in Wolverhampton.

One of them will headline the session as Michael van Gerwen and Joe Cullen will continue their rivalry. Two games between the pair stand out including one of the best ever seen at the World Championship which Cullen let slip through his fingers.

As well as recently at the last Super Series where he averaged 111 in taking down Mighty Mike.

In one of the best games on the stream board this year, he showed incredible scoring power and deathly doubling which he will hope to utilise tonight.

As well as that, we will get master v protege once again as Gary Anderson and Michael Smith who are very familiar with each other will lock horns once more.

Based off last nights matches, Smith will be favourite after taking down Raymond van Barneveld, while Anderson averaged in the 80's but didn't need anymore against Joe Davis who struggled.

Speaking of the doyen of Dutch darts, he will be up second in the session hoping for a first win back at the Grand Slam when he faces Davis. Before that, Luke Humphries and Matt Campbell face off in a potential quality tie if it catches light.

A potential opportunity for a first win could present itself for Lisa Ashton and Fallon Sherrock when they face John Henderson and Mike de Decker. Eyes will be on the duo despite heavy defeats on the opening night albeit to Van Gerwen and Wright.

Following that, another game which could produce true quality is Jose de Sousa and Mensur Suljovic in the first of the group winner ties. In between the two heralded ties is Wright who faces Gabriel Clemens.

Clemens defeated Wright at the last World Championship and will smell blood if 'Snakebite' isn't close to his level and is on recent form.
