The battle for overall victory at the European Darts Grand Prix erupts Sunday night. Eight men are still in the race for the title at the fourth Euro Tour tournament of the season, including some of the biggest names in the sport.
In the first quarterfinals, Josh Rock and Gary Anderson face each other. Rock dealt with Michael Smith Sunday afternoon in a thriller, while Anderson was too strong for his old rival, Gerwyn Price.
The winner of the showdown between Rock and Anderson will play in the last four against the winner from the match between Rob Cross and Luke Humphries. Cross won over Danny Noppert in the last sixteen, and Humphries defeated Stephen Bunting after a deciding leg.
At the other end of the schedule, Ross Smith and Damon Heta will face off for a spot in the semifinals. Next, Michael van Gerwen and Gabriel Clemens will battle for the last semifinal spot. Later in the evening, the semifinals and final will then be played.
