On Wednesday the eight remaining Germans will battle it out for a place in the last four at the PDC Europe Super League. This tournament was formerly known as the
German Super League and is recognised as the German qualifier for the PDC World Darts Championship.
Last Saturday the event started with 24 Germans and after two group stages there are now eight contenders left.
Martin Schindler takes on Niko Springer in his Quarter-Final, while
Max Hopp faces Christian Bunse.
Nico Kurz, the winner of the two previous editions of this tournament, will meet Dragutin Horvat. The last Quarter-Final is between Florian Hempel and Lukas Wenig.
The four remaining players will play their Semi-Finals over best of 19 legs on 22 April, which is follewed by the final over best of 21 legs.
