Fans sitting near the main stage Friday night at the UK Darts Open 2025 can look forward to four brilliant matches. In fact, the draw for the fourth round of the 'FA Cup of Darts' produced so many top ties that some of the top matches were also assigned to Stage Two.
The program on the main stage opens with a meeting between Jonny Clayton and Gary Anderson, before two-time world champion Peter Wright and reigning world champion Luke Littler take the stage in Minehead. After that we get the Battle of the Sexes between Beau Greaves and Luke Humphries, while Michael van Gerwen and Dirk van Duijvenbode close out the evening in the main hall.

Defending champion Dimitri van den Bergh and darts icon Raymond van Barneveld have been put on Stage Two. They will play the second match after the match between Dave Chisnall and Ricky Evans is over. The duel between Stephen Bunting and Chris Dobey, two Premier League players will follow after the cracker between Van Barneveld and Van den Bergh. Gerwyn Price and Connor Scutt lead in the final match on board 2.
Among the other lead ties include Kevin Doets v Michael Smith, Cameron Menzies v Mike de Decker, Martin Lukeman facing Nathan Aspinall. While Rob Cross, James Wade and Josh Rock all also play on the outer boards tonight. After all the matches of the fourth round have been played, the draw for the fifth round will be made on the main stage. This round will then take place on Saturday afternoon.
The UK Open will be broadcast in the UK on ITV4. All matches during both the afternoon and evening sessions can be seen via this free to air channel.
Multiple stages will be used during the first two days of play. The matches outside the main stage can also be seen on PDC TV. The afternoon session on Feb. 28 begins at noon, while the afternoon sessions on the other two days start at 12:45 p.m. All evening sessions start from 7 p.m.
The UK Open Darts 2025 will see £600,000 in prize money distributed. The tournament once began in 2003 with a much more modest prize pool of £124,000, of which the winner received £30,000. Since then, the event has grown considerably, both in prize money and popularity. The winner nowadays goes home with the top prize of £110,000.
