Schedule Friday afternoon at UK Open Darts 2025: more than 100 players start first three rounds of FA Cup of Darts

It's time for the 2025 UK Open Darts in Minehead this weekend. Friday afternoon is traditionally a jam-packed session, in which the first three rounds will take place back-to-back.
As many as 126 players will be in action on Friday afternoon. Only 32 of them will advance to the fourth round, where they will be joined by the top-32 of the world ranking list. These players are already directly admitted to the last 64. Because of the large number of matches, eight different leagues will be used to play on.

On the main stage, Beau Greaves, Ricky Evans, Wessel Nijman and Raymond van Barneveld, among others, will be in action. Van Barneveld will have to wait and see who his opponent will be. Barney enters the tournament from the third round. Nijman awaits a cracker against Scott Williams.
Over on Stage Two, those involved include the 130 average kid Charlie Manby if he gets through. Florian Hempel takes on Jermaine Wattimena, while Max Hopp and Madars Razma all also start their campaigns.
TV Guide
The UK Open will be broadcast in the UK as usual by ITV4. It will switch to ITV3 on Saturday night only.
Multiple stages will be used during the first two days of play. The matches outside the main stage can also be seen on PDC TV. The afternoon session on Feb. 28 begins at 12, while the afternoon sessions on the other two days start at 12:45 p.m. All evening sessions start from 7 p.m.
Distribution of prize money
The UK Open Darts 2025 will see £600,000 in prize money distributed. The tournament once began in 2003 with a much more modest prize pool of £124,000, of which the winner received £30,000. Since then, the event has grown considerably, both in prize money and popularity. The winner nowadays goes home with the top prize of £110,000.
