The
World Series of Darts will conclude tour action for the season this weekend with the
New Zealand Darts Masters taking place in Hamilton.
In addition to a title, some players will be competing for top spot in the Order of Merit and their seeded spots at the World Series o Darts Finals next month.
The lead is currently in the hands of
Dimitri van den Bergh, who has a five-point lead over
Michael van Gerwen. With a place in the final in New Zealand, the Belgian can no longer be overtaken. 'The Dreammaker' will face
Simon Whitlock in the first round on Friday morning, while Van Gerwen will face Bernie Smith.
Jonny Clayton faces Mal Cuming in the opener after winning in Wollongong. While Joe Cullen faces
Damon Heta in one of two blockbuster ties involving the World Cup duo.
Fallon Sherrock faces debutant Kayden Milne, while James Wade faces Gordon Mathers.
Michael Smith and
Gerwyn Price face Kiwi World Cup duo of Warren Parry and Ben Robb.
