Schedule Grand Slam of Darts 2024: Beau Greaves headlines opening session

The playing schedule for the 2024 Grand Slam of Darts has been announced. In the opening session of the tournament, women's Beau world champion Beau Greaves faces off against former UK Open champion Danny Noppert.

Also in the opening round of group matches, Michael Van Gerwen, who was paired with Gary Anderson, Ryan Joyce and Noa-Lynn van Leuven in the draw for the Grand Slam of Darts, opens his tournament against the latter on Saturday night, Nov. 9.
On Saturday afternoon, it is the turn of players in Groups B-C-D-H. Among others, Dave Chisnall, Rob Cross, Peter Wright and Ross Smith will also appear on stage at the Aldersley Leisure Village.
The first matches from Groups A-E-F-G will play for the first time on Saturday night. James Wade, Gary Anderson, Michael Smith, Luke Littler and reigning world champion Luke Humphries will then begin their tournament.
The group stage will be played from Saturday, Nov. 9, through Tuesday, Nov. 12. On Sunday, the two winners of each group will play each other and the same goes for the two losers of each pool. The final group matches will be on Monday and Tuesday.
The top two players from each group will advance to the knockout phase. Starting Wednesday, Nov. 13, the knockout phase will begin with the first matches of the final sixteen. This round will be completed on Thursday, Nov. 14. The quarter-finals will be played on Friday, Nov. 15, and Saturday, Nov. 16, before the semifinals and finals are finished on Sunday, Nov. 17.
