Seeds confirmed for International Darts Open and German Darts Grand Prix as Van Gerwen set to skip European Tour on Easter weekend

The PDC has announced the top 16 seeded players for the 2023 third and fourth European Tour tournaments. It was clear from the announcement that Michael van Gerwen has decided to skip the German Darts Grand Prix.'

This Euro Tour tournament will be played from April 8 to 10 during Easter weekend in which Luke Humphries and Damon Heta will lead the field as top seeds.

He will play International Darts Open in Riesa from March 31 to April 2 which is the third European Tour though. 

Furthermore, top players such as Rob Cross, Dave Chisnall, Nathan Aspinall, Gerwyn Price, Peter Wright and reigning world champion Michael Smith are automatically qualified for these European Tour tournaments.
