Adam Smith-Neale has added his maiden PDC Challenge Tour title to his resume with victory over Gavin Carlin 5-1 in the final during Event Four.
The former World Master reached the final yesterday losing to Jim Williams but breezed past 'Cannonball' this time around to cement his claim towards the top of the Order of Merit.
En route, he defeated Lee Cocks (5-2), Jim Williams (5-2), Ryan Furness (5-0) before taking out Carlin.
There will be two more events tomorrow to end the opening weekend with European Tour Associate Qualifiers to come on Monday but for Smith-Neale, he joins Darren Beveridge, Jim Williams and Jim McEwan.
